Huskies@Work is a UWAA program that matches UW students and alumni to discuss career journeys and job experiences in one-time, low-commitment talks. Make a career connection — get all the details on UW Husky Landing today!

New for 2025 — For the first time, Huskies@Work is expanding to offer alumni-to-alumni contacts. It’s an effective way to gain career insights in a casual setting, whether you’re a recent grad or are considering a career shift.

Applications for the Fall 2025 session are open Sept. 1 through Nov. 2. Pairs will be announced mid-November.

  • Facilitated: Mentors and mentees are individually matched by UWAA staff, based on stated interests.
  • Flexible: Contacts work together to find a time and venue — in person or online — that works for you.
  • Free: There is no charge for Huskies@Work; the program is open to students and alumni from all UW campuses.
  • Low pressure: Huskies@Work is designed to be a low-pressure experience. You’re committing to one great conversation.
