The Content Strategy and User Experience team

The Content Strategy and User Experience team leads the University’s efforts to create meaningful, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences. Through strategic planning and collaboration, the team aligns content strategy with user research and interface design to support new site builds and major redesigns. They manage high-profile platforms such as the homepage and the “Boundless” brand site, ensuring consistent voice, tone, and messaging across digital properties. Their work is grounded in UX research, including usability testing and analytics, and extends to developing editorial frameworks, content governance, and SEO-informed strategies. The team also designs and optimizes user flows, prototypes, and interaction-focused pages that meet accessibility standards. As project leaders, they guide homepage updates, user research, and content performance reviews. Additionally, they foster community through the Web Council, supporting professional development and shared best practices across campus.
