The Web and Mobile Operations team

The Web and Mobile Operations team ensures the stability, security, and scalability of the University’s digital infrastructure through expert management of WordPress multisite environments, server hosting, and mobile application support. The team oversees performance monitoring, site provisioning, and environment transitions, while maintaining robust server configurations, SSL management, and disaster recovery protocols. They support mobile platforms by managing app store presence, user access, and compliance in collaboration with UWIT and ADA offices. In development operations, the team implements CI/CD pipelines, standardizes tools, and documents processes to streamline deployments. Their security and monitoring efforts include proactive threat detection, access control, and incident response. Additionally, they optimize site performance through caching and database tuning, manage development tools and helpdesk triage, and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors and campus units to ensure a seamless and secure digital experience.
