Priority Issues: Work in Progress

The SAGE team is actively addressing the following issues:

  • SAGE Advances
    • Some ADVs are not routing to GCA as expected following a completed SFI review. The SAGE team is manually routing the affected ADVs to GCA each day until the root cause is addressed.
  • SAGE Awards
    • Resolve errors that contributed to 8/8 SAGE incident
  • SAGE Budget
    • Improve saving behavior for personnel and other cost entry
    • Improve recalculation performance when budget totals are updated
  • Grant Runner
    • Continued performance improvements for items with connected large budgets

8/28/2025 Award Setup Request Validation, ASR & ADV Performance
Fixed missing validation on ASR submit when the award preparer is blank. Made improvements to ASRs & ADV performance.
8/20/2025 Award Request List
Resolved issue with some requests not showing on the award request list for newly added contacts.
8/19/2025 Modification Requests
Improved loading and navigation times for modifications on large awards with many requests.
8/08/2025 SAGE Budget
Improved calculation performance by limiting the recalculation to only those fields impacting totals for worksheets or overall budget.
