Seattle Campus Complimentary Laureate Parking Instructions
Note: Complimentary parking for Laureates is available on the Seattle campus only (not Bothell or Tacoma).
There are two options to utilize your complimentary parking. The first is to visit a gatehouse on campus and show the attendant your Laureate ID card. Tell them where you’re headed and they will help get you to a lot close to your destination. The second option is to book through the online system. Booking online is easy but requires some initial set up to establish your Laureate parking account. Please follow the steps below to set up your account:
- Go to the online portal.
- Click Login in the upper right hand corner.
- Click Guest Login.
- Click the hyperlinked create one here text in the second sentence of the header. This will lead you to fill out your account information and to create an account.
- Once you have submitted all necessary fields, please email advpark@uw.edu to let us know that you have created your account. We will connect with the Transportation Services office to grant you access to the Laureate parking permit online and reach out to you when that access has been granted.
After you’ve created your account
Once your account has been created and you have been granted Laureate parking access, we encourage you to add your vehicle information. You can find further instructions and information about adding vehicle information on the Transportation Services website at: https://transportation.uw.edu/customer-portal-guide#adding-changing-vehicles.
Booking parking
When you need to book parking online, follow these simple steps:
- Log into the online customer portal using the Guest Login button: https://uwts.t2hosted.com/Account/Portal.
- Click Get Permits in the Permits section of your account dashboard.
- Select the permit type LAUREATE / Daily. If you are authorized for more than one permit, you may need to scroll down the page. Permits are listed alphabetically.
- Review the Transportation Services policies and confirm your review of them before clicking Next.
- Select the date you would like your permit to be active for. You may select a date up to two weeks in the future. Click Next.
- Select the vehicle you would like linked to your permit and click next.
- You may have up to five vehicles linked to your permit, but you may only park one vehicle on campus at a time. If the vehicle you would like linked to your Laureate parking permit is not listed, click Add Vehicle and follow the instructions.
- Select the primary lot you would like to park in. You will still be able to park in multiple lots once you are on campus, however the system requires that a primary lot be associated with the permit.
- Access to lots is based on space availability at the time of reservation. If a lot is full, it will be indicated with Sold Out text following the lot name.
- Review your reservation and check the box to indicate that you confirm your reservation before clicking Next to finalize. You will see a $0.00 charge for your Laureate parking permit reservation.
- When you come to campus to park, you do not need to pick up anything from the Transportation Services office or a gatehouse. Simply proceed to the lot you reserved the permit for!
If you’re missing your Laureate ID card or have any issues parking, please contact us at prpteam@uw.edu.
