Vaccine appointments at UW Medicine now available (Message to Seattle campus)

This message is being sent to students, faculty, staff and academic personnel on the University of Washington’s Seattle campus, with the exception of UW Medicine clinical personnel and School of Medicine employees who received it previously.

Dear UW Employees and Students:

We are pleased to inform you that UW Medicine no longer has a waitlist for the COVID-19 vaccine, and you may now schedule an appointment immediately in one of three ways.

To book your first- or second-dose appointment:

Additionally, we are offering walk-in appointments at four sites — including UW Medical Center – Montlake on the south side of the Seattle campus — during the following hours:

  • UW Medical Center – Montlake: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • UW Medical Center – Northwest: 9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Harborview Medical Center: 9:15 a.m. – 6:45 p.m.
  • North King County Vaccination Clinic: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Learn more and see the locations of each clinic at uwmedicine.org/coronavirus/vaccine.

Getting vaccinated is one of the best ways you can protect yourself and your family against COVID-19 and help stop the spread of the virus in the community.

Thank you for doing your part to keep all of us safe.

Sincerely,
