Burke Museum

UWAA members receive $10 off Burke Museum membership

Located on the northwest corner of UW campus, the Burke Museum has been part of the University of Washington since its earliest days. The Burke is a research- and collections-based museum that cares for and shares natural and cultural collections so all people can learn, be inspired, generate knowledge, feel joy, and heal.

Opened in October 2019, the new Burke turns the idea of a museum inside-out. With working labs you can see into and galleries filled with curiosity and conversation, it’s a new kind of museum—and a whole new way to experience our world.

As a Burke member, you get invites to special events, such as previews to opening exhibits and access to educational opportunities. The next Burke member event is coming up on September 18th!

The newest exhibit is arriving on November 6 – Body Language: Reawakening Cultural Tattooing of the Northwest.

Visit the Burke Museum website for more information.
