Upper Amazon: A River Expedition
March 13 - 21, 2027
Spend the week in the Pacaya-Samiria National Reserve, with more than five million acres of protected rainforest.
Our exquisite ship, the 28-guest Delfin II, is equipped with skiffs and kayaks that let us slip through an intricate network of jungle waterways to spot vibrantly colored birds, basking caimans, tamarins, sloths, giant lily pads, towering ceiba trees and more. One of the unexpected joys on this Peruvian expedition is the interaction we have with the local ribereños, the traditional people who live on the riverbanks.
