Classic Husky hospitality meets hearty midwestern cuisine for an epic spread, featuring:
- Local Wisconsin cheeses
- Ploughman’s Board with cured meats, olives and and grilled Madison sourdough
- Mediterranean spread with hummus, baba ghanoush, veggies and pita
- Parmesan meatballs and Jamaican jerk chicken skewers
- Twice baked potatoes, assorted deviled eggs and jalapeno cream cheese wonton appetizers
- Slider stations with beef, pulled pork, pulled chicken and black bean burgers
- Mac and cheese bar with toppings including pulled pork, bacon, grilled flank steak, jalapenos and more
