Play & learn, Huskies!
Join the pickleball craze as we dink, rally and roll! Huskies will take over a few courts at Pickleball Kingdom in Lynnwood for an afternoon of casual rallies and community fun. UW’s official student pickleball club will join us to share some tips and tricks.
- All are welcome to learn basics and practice form.
- No equipment needed — paddles and balls will be provided (or bring your own gear).
- Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
- Beer, wine and seltzers available for purchase.
Admission
UWAA members and guests: $30
General public: $55
UWAA Membership Special: $65
- Includes admission plus one annual UWAA membership. (Additional tickets $30 per guest)
UWAA events and programs are open to everyone regardless of race, sex or other identity.
Know before you go
- Players should wear comfortable athletic footwear and clothing.
- Best suited for ages 18 and up.
- Ample free onsite parking.
- Wheelchair accessible.
- All attendees must sign the Pickleball Kingdom waiver online to participate.
About the venue
By pickleballers, for pickleballers!
Opened in 2025, Pickleball Kingdom Lynnwood is a 37,000 square foot indoor facility with 12 outdoor-surface courts for all skill levels. Although this is a members-only venue, Pickleball Kingdom partners with local organizations like the UW Alumni Association for special events.

Max Manthou, ’14, is a Husky tennis star, a pickleball champion and an anthropology scholar. He’s also known as Purple Jesus on the courts.
