On the lush Osa peninsula, learn about sloths and organic farming‚ specifically vanilla, pineapple, banana and cacao crops. As you go ashore on Isla Parida, look out incredible flora and fauna — spend the day hiking in the rainforest or snorkeling in open water. Continue on with a visit to the lush Manuel Antonio National Park — a captivating combination of rainforest, beach and coral reef. Naturalist guides will lead an exploration of this protected biodiverse paradise, where you may spot toucans, iguanas and howler monkeys.

Extensive walking required. Typically, three or more miles a day, often uphill, on uneven terrain, and/or with multiple stairs. May include optional activities such as biking, kayaking, or hiking and included destinations with high altitudes. Excellent health is required to take full advantage of the tour’s inclusions.
