Anti-racism and DEI&B Training
Cultivating Community at UW: Anti-racism and DEI&B is a baseline training, designed to educate on a range of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) topics such as racism, disability and accessibility, and LGBTQ+ identities, and to highlight how these issues affect colleagues and students at the UW. This required course is designed for staff, faculty, and other academic personnel.
Campus Climate Survey
What is a campus climate survey? A campus climate survey is a tool to examine the full range of student, staff, faculty and other academic personnel experiences related to learning, working and living at the UW — experiences that shape whether you feel a sense of belonging and inclusion, and whether you’re able to thrive and succeed here.

Tri-Campus Digital Learning Alliance
The Tri-Campus Digital Learning Alliance (DLA) is a working group and advisory body that seeks to improve instructional practice and support for digital learning on all three campuses.
Digital Accessibility Initiative
The Digital Accessibility Initiative is charged with ensuring that UW’s digital content is accessible, providing equal information, interactions, and services to people with disabilities. Additionally, the Initiative is leading UW’s work to comply with Department of Justice regulations by April 2026 and setting up the mechanisms to ensure accessible content thereafter.
Diversity Blueprint
The UW Diversity Blueprint 2022 – 2026: Actions toward Access, Inclusion, and Equity outlines a set of high-level, aspirational goals for our tri-campus community. These goals provide an overarching framework, rather than a step-by-step guide, to assist individual academic and administrative units in designing local strategic action plans appropriate to their specific contexts and needs.
