    •    FACULTY ACTIONS
    •    Proposed transfer of the Wind River Tower
    o    The faculty are asked to approve the official transfer of the Canopy Crane out of SEFS/UW ownership.  If we do relinquish our interest in the crane, it will not preclude our scientists from access at the tower for experiments. A discussion of this proposal and more details of the agreement will take place in the meeting and the vote will be solicited electronically.

    •    Proposed renewal of Hans Erik Andersen as SEFS Graduate Faculty
    o    The faculty are asked to approve the reappointment of Dr. Hans Erik Andersen as a member of the Graduate Faculty. This appointment will allow Dr. Andersen to continue to serve on graduate student committees. A discussion of this renewing appointment will take place in the meeting and the vote will be solicited electronically.

    o    Proposed Visiting Scholar Rasoul Yousefpour
    o    The faculty are asked to approve the appointment of Dr. Yousefpour from the University of Freiburg, Germany as a Visiting Scholar sponsored by Sándor Tóth. A discussion of this appointment will take place in the meeting and the vote will be solicited electronically.
