UW search committee holds forum in Spokane Sept. 8

News and Information

Members of the University of Washington’s presidential search advisory committee will hold a forum 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 8 in the main conference room of Greater Spokane Incorporated, 801 W. Riverside Ave.

Kellye Testy, dean of the UW School of Law and chair of the committee, will be present, along with other committee members.

“An important part of the search process is having conversations with our constituents,” she says. “We will be soliciting their thoughts and perspectives on the challenges and opportunities that will face the next president, and the personal and professional attributes that will be essential for the next president to possess.”
