Graviton executive to discuss groundbreaking wireless technology at UW lecture

Solomon Trujillo, a leader in launching wireless sensor networks, will speak tomorrow at the University of Washington Business School Dean’s Lecture.

His talk will begin at 8 a.m. in the Husky Union Building’s West Ballroom on the UW campus. Media are invited to attend the preceding breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Please RSVP if possible at (206) 221-5749.

Trujillo is the chairman, president and chief executive officer of the La Jolla-based high-tech development stage company Graviton.

Wireless sensor networks will enable machines and devices of all kinds to talk to and to interact with each other, ultimately creating what has been called by many in the industry as a global nervous system for our engineered world. Graviton is one of a handful of firms pioneering this new realm of technology.
