Husky Football & Game Day Traffic

Traffic flow after Husky footballs games is restricted as shown on the map at right. This map shows football game day bus parking/direction of travel. Vehicles cannot exit parking lots near the stadium after the game until pedestrian traffic clears.

For information specific to automobile parking, see our Husky Football parking map (PDF) which shows the traffic pattern that is enforced after each home game. Inbound traffic is directed by traffic police.

Game-Day Parking

Parking lots open 4 hours prior to kickoff. Overnight parking is prohibited.

A limited portion of lot E1 is used for public parking (see the "parking map" on this page). A stack (bumper to bumper) method of parking will be used in the E1 parking lot. This means you will not be able to move your vehicle until the vehicle in front has been moved. Motorhome parking is available in lot E1.

UW faculty and staff who currently have a parking permit are not required to pay an additional fee on a game day. However, East and South Campus permit holders must park in the lower/mid level of S1 only. Central, North and West Campus permit holders must park in the Central Plaza Garage. Gate issued U-PASS carpools are not valid for football games.
