July 28 is World Hepatitis Day, raising awareness for one of many infectious diseases that kill millions of people worldwide every year. At the UW Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation, part of the UW Department of Global Health, up-to-date information about disease control, health systems and health organizations around the world is readily available to researchers, policy makers and the general public.
