The UW Alumni Career Design Program is a guided, community-powered online experience that helps you take action — without quitting your job or starting from scratch.
The UWAA is partnering with Mission Collaborative, a leader in career transition education.
This four-week course starts on March 14, 2026. You’ll spend 30 days reconnecting with what matters, exploring new directions, and building a flexible plan for what’s next — whether you’re seeking more purpose, better pay or a career that finally fits your life.
The UW Alumni Career Design Program is perfect for you if you’re:

Enrollment costs
All registrants can save $50 on registration with Early Bird Pricing, through Feb. 21. UW Alumni Association members save even more!

Up to $1,000 in scholarships will be awarded by Mission Collaborative to those who demonstrate financial need. Find the scholarship application link on the sign-up page.
