INFO SESSIONS
We are hosting a series of information sessions for students who are curious about presenting at Symposium and want to know more about the event and the application process.
The Office of Undergraduate Research will host two sessions in Winter Quarter to prepare you for Symposium! Sign-up to attend below!

STEP 1
APPLY & MENTOR FEEDBACK
The application is open on January 6, 2026 and will be due on February 12, 2026. Access the 2026 application and utilize application resources — such as abstract guidelines, info session opportunities, and abstract workshops. Be sure to work with your mentor(s) on your project title and abstract before the final draft is due.

STEP 2
REVISE
The revision window for presenters will open from March 9 – 16, 2026. This will be a chance to update your project information with minor revisions, per the guidance of your mentor.

REGISTER
After the revision window closes, the deadline for all presenters to register as a presenter will be March 27, 2026.

PRESENT
Prepare and present at the big day! The 2026 Undergraduate Research Symposium will take place on May 15, 2026. Use workshops and presenter resources to prepare.
