Information Sessions
Attend an information session in January to learn more about the Symposium, including application components, the timeline, and key steps in the application process.
Apply and Mentor Feedback
The application was open from January 6, 2026, to February 12, 2026, 11:59 p.m. Use the application webpage through the button below to access the application portal and key instructions for applying, including the abstract guidelines.
Revise
The Revision Window for presenters was open from March 9 to 16, 2026. The window allows presenters an opportunity to make minor revisions to the application project title and abstract.
Register
The Registration Window for presenters is open from the Revision Window closing to March 27, 2026. During this time presenters (including co-presenters) can use the application dashboard to register, confirm conflicts and accommodations.
Present
Prepare and present at the big day! The 2026 UW Undergraduate Research Symposium will take place on May 15, 2026. Use workshops and presenter resources to prepare. Note: Presenters may check-in the day before on May 14, 2026.
