This page uses the Jumbotron hero template. The difference between other hero images is that the page title has a purple background. There is a subhead area for text, also with a purple background. The field for Subhead Text will appear after Jumbotron Hero is selected from Page Attributes > Templates, and the draft is saved or Published.
