FIN 445 Real Estate Development and Feasibility Analysis (4)
Teams of students will create a development proposal for an underutilized parcel of land in an economically challenged neighborhood of Seattle. Learning modules include development finance, market analysis, principles of land use and entitlements, site planning and architecture, construction and project budgeting, and the nuances of different property types, including affordable housing.
