You can help shape the UW’s future
We are pleased to share a draft of the UW’s 2026–30 strategic plan, and we invite your input to refine and strengthen it. This plan will serve as a comprehensive guide to help us meet new challenges, serve our communities and take advantage of new opportunities.
Please review the draft and share any feedback by April 17, 2026. We encourage units to hold group discussions that generate collective insights to strengthen our shared vision for the UW. For faculty and staff, the primary avenue for feedback is direct conversation with your dean, director, chair or other unit leader, who will compile and convey it to the plan committee. Feedback from all audiences is also welcome through this survey.
With our community’s feedback, we will finalize the plan in spring 2026. We look forward to shaping the next chapter of the University’s extraordinary impact together.
