The President’s Club

Since 1972, the UW has recognized its most generous annual donors by welcoming them into The President’s Club. What began as a small group of 46 supporters and volunteers today includes more than 9,000 friends of the UW. Donors who contribute $2,000 or more annually to any UW school, college, program, department or campus become members of The President’s Club.

These loyal supporters want to make a difference at the UW — and they do. President’s Club members provide the backbone of critical private support that makes the UW a leader for positive developments in our community, our region and beyond. Their gifts make a profound difference in the lives of countless people locally and around the world who benefit from the UW’s teaching, research and public service programs.

We are honored to offer these benefits to President’s Club members:

  • Invitations to academic programs, lectures and special events, including the annual Recognition Gala.
  • Annual recognition in the Report to Contributors.
  • Borrowing privileges at UW Libraries.
  • Access to the Waterfront Activities Center and the Golf Driving Range (including golf lessons) at reduced rates.
  • Discount parking on the Seattle campus.
