A reserved parking permit is required for Convocation parking. Available lots near the Alaska Airlines Arena are reviewed below. Please read this information and use the parking links below – one for general parking and one for ADA/Limited Mobility parking – to order your Convocation parking permits.
Important Note:
When you order your parking permit, you will be asked to enter a vehicle plate number. If you’ll be driving a rental vehicle on the day of the event, you may enter a temporary plate number using the word “rent” followed by your initials and the first 2 – 4 numbers of your street address. Examples:

You’ll receive a parking confirmation email with instructions on how to replace your temporary number with the actual plate number of your rental vehicle. Do this sometime before you park your vehicle on or before Convocation Day.
ADA/Limited Mobility Parking
Parking in lot E17 is limited to those with ADA parking placards. Spaces in this lot are available on a first come, first served basis.
Parking in lot E20 is also reserved for those needing ADA parking and those who may not have an ADA placard but need to park as close to the Arena as possible. It will also be possible to drop off guests in the E97 parking lot, just north of the Arena in front of the Graves Building, though it will not be possible to park in this lot.
General Parking
Parking in lots E19, E12 and E20 is also relatively close to the Arena and available to all guests. Lots E1 and E18 are the furthest from the Arena but there will be golf carts (“dawg sleds”) operating between these lots and the arena to take guests back and forth.
