Vaccine appointments for 12- to 15-year-olds now available

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has expanded the emergency use authorization for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to include adolescents 12 to 15 years of age in the United States. If your child is within this age range, you may now schedule an appointment with UW Medicine in one of two ways.

Additionally, we are offering walk-in appointments at four sites beginning Thursday, May 13, during the following hours:

  • North King County Vaccination Clinic: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. –1:30 p.m.
  • UWMC Montlake: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • UWMC Northwest: 9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Harborview Medical Center: 9:15 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.
