- Share drafts with partners to ensure accurate representation.
- Avoid language that implies one-sided assistance (e.g., “help”); instead, emphasize collaboration (“working with” rather than “doing for”).
These practices aim to foster respectful, accurate and empowering communication regarding community collaborations.
