Commencement

What time can I get in? 

1. Doors open at 12:30pm for students and guests
2. Students will begin lining up 12:30pm in the back practice field before processing at 1:30pm
3. Students/Guests with mobility issues: encourage them to get to the stadium before 12:30pm; there is a chance doors will open a little earlier

How does seating work? 

1. Seating is general admission, except for special disability seating sections.
2. Recommend lining up before 12:30pm if there is a specific place your guests would like to sit.

Can I leave the ceremony early?

1. Students: NO, out of respect to others you are ask to remain till the end of the ceremony. By registering for the ceremony and filling out the form you agree to those terms.
2. Guests: guest can leave whenever they’d like

What if I need to use the bathroom during the ceremony?

1. There will be port-a-potties available to use during the ceremony EXCEPT when the Commencement address is given; all students are required to remain in their seats during the address

Can I sit with my friend who’s getting a different degree than me? 

1. NO; you must sit with your degree group
2. if you are getting multiple, different degrees, select the degree group you want to sit with in the form
