   1. first audio-visual conference tentatively scheduled for the November 4th meeting.

   2. first audio only conference tentatively scheduled for the December 2nd meeting if the committee elects not to have a luncheon session that day (from the telephone number or each member's choice).

4. Meetings in Bothell and Tacoma:
   1. One meeting at Bothell in the winter quarter to hear from students there?

   2. One meeting at Tacoma in the winter quarter to hear from student there?
