Public Comment Period
The University of Washington Board of Regents will provide a public comment period at each regular meeting of the Board.
A ten-minute public comment period will be provided at the beginning of each regular meeting of the Board. Speakers will be allowed up to two minutes each for their comments with preference given to those who sign up in advance.
The opportunity to sign up will be available at noon on the Friday before the regular Board meeting, when meeting agendas and items are published on the Board website. If the Friday is a holiday, sign-ups will begin at noon on the Thursday before the meeting.
Sign up to provide public comment at the meeting of the Board on Thursday, February 9, 2017, using the Request to Provide Public Comment Form available at noon on Friday, February 3, 2017. If space remains, sign up at the meeting, before the start of the meeting. The meeting of the Board on Wednesday, February 8, 2017, is canceled.

Speakers are encouraged to address a topic germane to an issue being discussed at the meeting. Preference will be given to those who sign up in advance. If time remains, speakers may sign up at the meeting, before the meeting starts.
It is not necessary to sign up to attend the meeting.
