Sound Studio
The Sound Studio was upgraded in Fall 2010. If you have not used it recently, we encourage you to attend one of the Sound Studio Overview workshops to familiarize yourself with the new setup.
The Sound Studio grew out of a demand on campus for high-end, professional tools for recording and editing audio. The Sound Studio's professional, industry-standard hardware and software can take any project, no matter the scale, all the way from tracking and editing through mastering and duplication.
Projects from every discipline have been built in the studio. From rock and pop music production to scientific spectral analysis, radio advertisements to A/V post production work -- the tools are available to get the job done. The studio was designed for maximum flexibility and is capable of addressing the needs of the most complex of projects.
