Administrator/Assistant for Project Management

Description

District Administrative Office – New Student Information Project: This is a Project Administrator/Assistant role. Seeking someone familiar with MS Project and Visio, and excellent organization and communications skills. Responsibilities will include providing back up to the PMs for updating project schedules, developing documentation in Word, Excel, or Visio, update/maintain budget, set up meetings, etc. This is a great position for a college student looking for some hands-on PM experience. 

Fingerprinting is required before accepting a position. The fee for this process is $43.50.

 

Network Analyst for Assessment Program

Description

Ripple Effects Installation - This HSGI-funded temporary position will be responsible for the successful installation of the two-part Ripple Effects software program at all grant-funded schools and some computers in JSCEE. The first part is installation of the student software on school-designated computers; the second part is the installation of the staff software on all staff computers in the buildings. The position may also be involved in setting up computers for various HSGI-funded positions.

This position will continue through the end of summer 2013.

Requirements

Licenses:

  • Must have a valid Washington State Driver's License
  • A+ Certification is recommended
