By Email
Send an email to help@uw.edu. Your message will be forwarded to the people within UW Information Technology who can best answer your question. Responses are usually sent within a few hours, but more complex questions may take up to two days.
In Person
You can drop by the UW Information Technology Service Center office, located in C-3000 UW Tower. See hours below.
By Phone
You can call the UW Information Technology Service Center at 206-221-5000.
Service Center staff can help with computing questions including:
- Creating or using your UW NetID
- Resetting a forgotten UW NetID password
- Administrative applications
Service Center hours are as follows:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday, 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- The Service Center is closed on University holidays and may have limited hours on December 24th and the day before Thanksgiving.
