Scheduling a Service
Vehicle maintenance notices are e-mailed to departments with assigned vehicles several times a month. Please contact Fleet Service shop once you receive a maintenance notice. The Fleet Services shop is open from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday.

If you cannot make your appointment, please call the Fleet Shop to reschedule. No-shows will be charged a fee of $6.62.

Loaner Vehicles

Loaner vehicles may be obtained from the Fleet Services rental office once the department has dropped off their assigned vehicle and checked in with the Fleet Services Shop. If you have questions about the types of loaner vehicles available prior to dropping off your vehicle for service please contact the Rental Office.
