Reprinting ISDs

Reprinting ISDs- ( Internal Sales Document)

1. Login to the online system
2. From the main menu, select Reprint ISD
3. Type in ISD number
4. If you do not have the ISD number but would like to see charges on a budget number for a particular month, type in the date and budget number
5. Select Go
6. At the bottom of the ISD report you may choose to download as either an Excel or Text File
7. If you wish to reprint an ISD for a budget number that is not on your list you will need to contact the budget authorizer to receive approval to view ISDs
