Parking a Tall or Oversize Vehicle on Campus

University of Washington Garage clearances are as follows:

• Central Plaza Garage — 6’10” — The Central Plaza Garage can be accessed from NE 41st St. and 15th Avenue. Download a wayfinding map for this garage.
• Padelford Parking Garage — 7’0” , 6’8” (N13) — accessed from Pend Oreille Road off Montlake Blvd. NE.
• South Campus Parking Garage — 7’5” — accessed from 15th Avenue NE and Columbia Road which is located behind the University of Washington Medical Center.
• Triangle Parking Garage — 6’8” — accessed from NE Pacific Place. This underground facility is located across NE Pacific Street from the UWMC.
• Surgery Pavillion Garage — 9’8” — for patients and their guests.
• West Campus Parking Garage — 7’2” — located on NE Pacific Street between Brooklyn Avenue NE and University Way NE
• 4545 Garage (N28)
• UW Tower Garages - 6’11”- located at 4333 Brooklyn Ave. NE Residence Hall parking garage clearances are as follows:
• McMahon Parking Garage — 6’8” (N13), 7’ (N14, N15)
• Haggett Parking Garage — 6’2” (N9), 6’4” (N10, N11)
• The W29 Parking Garage under Stevens Court — 7’6”

Motorhomes used by UW Medical Center patients and their visitors are permitted in designated areas for not more than 15 consecutive days upon prior approval and payment. If your vehicle takes up two parking stalls, you will be charged accordingly. Contact UW Medical Center Parking Manager at (206) 598-5275 for approval of on-campus motorhome parking.

Or, you may obtain a hard copy of the list at the gatehouses near the UW Medical Center (Gates #6 in or out) or the gatehouse in front of Husky Stadium (Gate #8).
