indi chocolate is a local Seattle business that makes bean-to-bar chocolate in Pike Place Market on Western Ave. Founded and owned by Erin Andrews, who participated in many UW Foster School of Business programs, including ASCEND, and her husband, Peter Shank ’11, Chief Chocolate Maker. This family-owned business is named after their eldest child, Indi.

indi chocolate sources cacao directly from farmers and cooperatives around the world to make small batch, single-origin dark chocolate, as well as a wide variety of cacao-based products including teas, spice rubs, mixology kits, and cocoa butter-based body care. They also love to teach people about chocolate through classes, events, and private events.
