In order to access SERA:
- You must have an ASTRA SAGE GCA role
- You must be added to the list of GCA Users via the administration tool
To appear on the drop-down list of users in the tool, you must have signed in to SAGE at least once.
The current ASTRA roles for GCA staff are:
- GCA Manager
- GCA Research Accountant
- GCA Cash
- GCA Front Desk
- GCA BFAL
- GCA System Support
