The Degree Audit is a report of your academic progress at the University of Washington. It lists all your current and completed UW courses and transferred courses and shows how they apply toward a particular degree program. The following sample is designed to demonstrate features you might find on your own audit. Various elements are linked to explanations at the bottom of the page.

Program Entry Qtr:     The quarter and year you entered your major
				   determines the requirements used.  If this is 
				   not your current major or minor, requirements 
				   that will be in effect next quarter (barring 
				   last minute changes) are used.
  

Graduation Date        The anticipated date of your graduation.  If you 
				   have not yet applied for graduation, the message 
				   in this field is "Not Found." 

Date Prepared          The date that the report was processed.  
				   Changes in registration, grades, major or exceptions made 
				   after this date are not listed on this report.


Requirement Status
