World History: Prehistory to 1500

Surveys the social, political, economic, and cultural history of the world from Prehistory to the 15th century. May not be taken if student has already taken TCXG 230.

Class description

Analysis of Human cultural, social, economic, and technological evolution through the interpretation of primary documents and artifacts, as well as through critical reading of secondary sources. Survey of the rise and interaction of the ancient world empires in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas.
