Class description
TOPIC- INSTITUTIONS AND DECISION-MAKING: How do individuals make decisions in response to changes in opportunities and institutions? What underlies the decision to participate in a training program, borrow money from a microfinance organization, or adopt an improved seed technology? Topics related to international, rural, or poverty issues are especially welcome.
