Law and Economics of Regulation

Student learning goals

An understanding of the Regulatory System, including administrataive law and the economics of regulation.

Gain an understanding of a regulatory court case

Gain an understanding of how the law works

UNDERSTAND THE UNDERLYING PHILOSOPLY OF CBA AND HOW IT BEST FITS INTO THE PUBLIC EVALUATION AND POLITICAL SYSTEMS
