Class description
TOPIC: MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC CAPITAL MARKETS - Examines the relationships between investors and public organizations, with emphasis on the conceptual, operational, and accountability challenges of debt financing. Topics include factors affecting the supply and demand of tax-exempt securities, technical and regulatory aspects of the debt issuance process, risk management applications in finance, and valuation of fixed income securities, among others.
