Class description
TOPIC: DEMOGRAPHY AND ECOLOGY - This course is a graduate level introduction to the fields of social demography and human ecology, which covers selected topics, theories, and research exemplars in the field. Our primary focus in this course is the traditional core topics of population studies, including demographic transition theory, fertility, mortality, migration, and urbanization.
