Class description
Students will pursue a topic of their choice within the general area of Biological Physics. I will offer several suggestions to those new to this field. Students will read papers on their subject, consult with me, and make a fifty minute presentation to the other members of the class.
The first meeting of the class is scheduled for 3:30 Tuesday, April 1 (no fooling), at which time we will set a more agreeable time to meet for presentations.
Student learning goals
To become acquainted with some area of Biological Physics.
To learn to carry out independent study.
To obtain some experience in making a scientific presentation and to hoone such skills.
