Class description
Applied Geostatistics for the Earth Sciences. This course is design to introduce, demostrate, and develope the skill set necessary to preform spatial data analysis on spatially explict environmental datasets.

General method of instruction
The course uses a seminar/lab format. The students participate in a guided discussion followed by the use of ArcGIS 9.x software for data analysis.
Recommended preparation
All students should be fimilar with the ESRI ArcGIS family of software products and have experience working with these software.
