Class description
Don't be confused by the "official description." We are having to use existing course numbers for newer elective courses. Here is my description:
This 5 credit summer course that will coach you through preparation of a grant proposal. Those who are intent on submitting any type of research or research training proposal for funding will benefit from this content and process. Class time will involve information and dialogue with experts in budgeting and budget justification, writing a profound introduction, crafting the narrative, protection of human subjects and/or research animal care concerns, and locating funding sources. Peer and faculty review will provide necessary feedback so you can develop a fundable proposal!
