Second-Year Latvian

Intensive practice in speaking, reading, and writing. Functional review of grammar. Third in a sequence of three. Prerequisite: LATV 202.

Class description

This course continues where LATV 202 left off. The third quarter of Second-Year Latvian will expand skills in all areas of language: hearing, speaking, reading and writing. Classroom exercises will build speaking skills. Reading assignments will include "authentic" Latvian texts written by and for fluent speakers of Latvian.
