Class description

Course will: 1) analyze the relationships between R&D policy, capabilities and national technological strategies for advanced industrial and less-developed countries; and 2) analyze the implications of particular technologies as countries try to make policy for them in regional and global organizations.

Two written exercises.

Each written exercise, 40%; contributions to discussions, 20%.
