Special Topics in Industrial Engineering

Prerequisite: permission of supervisor.

Class description

This course covers the knowledge of how to develop the architecture of a system using a graphical systems architecture definition language (SysML) while applying a model based systems engineering (MBSE) methodology.

Student learning goals

Students should know the following things by the completion of the course: –How to address the requirements placed on a system –How to develop a systems problem –How to apply a Model Based Systems Engineering methodology –How to model a solution for a system
